Active substances: 4.50 g / 100 g Sodium hypochlorite – as active chlorine
Auxiliary ingredients: Nonionic surfactants, potassium hydroxide.
APPLICATION
Degrisol FCP (high foaming) is intended for cleaning and disinfection of:
- alkaline-resistant surfaces (working benches, equipment, floors, walls, sanitary ware) in healthcare institutions and hospitals.
- strongly contaminated surfaces (plastic, stainless steel) with vegetable and animal greases in food production and trade facilities, in the meat processing industry and in public places.
- vehicles, carts, transportation lines carrying meat, fish, animal products or milk products.
- surfaces and utensils in kitchens, bakeries, cutting plants, meat shops;
- freezers, refrigerator chambers for preservation of food products, meat and ice-cream.
DESCRIPTION
Degrisol FCP (high-foaming) is a liquid concentrate containing sodium hypochlorite, which provides a powerful germicidal effect. In addition to its disinfecting qualities, it is also a powerful degreaser that forms large foam. It is not inactivated by organic matter, does not damage and is compatible with various materials (plastics, corrosion resisting metals, glass, ceramics and terracotta). It is suitable for manual and machine application.
RECOMMENDATIONS FOR USE
Depending on the degree and type of contamination, the preparation is used in different concentrations from 1% to 2% with an exposition time of 60 minutes. Working solutions can be prepared manually or using a dosing device. Better cleaning results are achieved, when hot water (50-60o C) is used. The disinfection is performed by wiping or dipping of the treated objects. After exposition they should be carefully rinsed with water. Special foaming devices operating with water under pressure are used to obtain large foam. Appropriate means of personal protection (gloves, safety glasses or face mask) must be used when preparing the working solutions. Do not use on aluminium, other light metals and lacquered surfaces. Do not use in CIP systems. Do not allow the working solution to dry on the treated surfaces.
