APPLICATION
Enzydip-3 is intended for manual or machine enzymatic cleaning of medical devices (endoscopes), surgical and dental instruments prior to disinfection or sterilization. Thanks to the synergic combination of surfactants and enzymes (amylase, protease and lipase) Enzydip-3 effectively removes blood, remnant tissue, protein, mucus, excrement and other contaminations.
DESCRIPTION
Enzydip-3 is a medical device – class I. It is a liquid concentrate with 3 enzymes and powerful surfactant agents enhancing the enzyme activity, which is intended for enzymatic cleaning. Cleaning is done by full immersion of the instruments/devices in a prior made working solution of the product, and leaving the objects for 15min depending on the extent of their contamination. Enzydip-3 possesses high cleaning capacity, it is low foaming, easy to wash out, compatible with various materials like polyvinylchloride, rubber, plastic, stainless steel, aluminum alloys, non-ferrous metals and ceramics.
RECOMMENDATIONS FOR USE
Enzydip-3 is supplied as a concentrate and should be used in accordance with the recommended concentrations and exposition times, see “Instructions for use”. It can be used manually or in a specialized washing machine. Preparation of the working solution with warm water of about 32 – 35 oC will reduce the time for cleaning. Before immersing into the solution, all medical devices or instruments should be disassembled as much as possible so that the solution can penetrate everywhere. Dried contamination can be removed with longer treatment or with the help of brushes, sponges etc. After cleaning of the medical instruments/devices, they should be rinsed thoroughly with water. When preparing working solutions, use protective equipment (gloves, safety glasses, rubber apron).
